Ask for a form at NADRA. This is called a CNIC Correction Form.
Step 3: Prepare Affidavit
You need to write an Affidavit (a sworn statement) on a stamp paper. It must say:

The stamp paper should be Rs. 50, and you must get it attested by an Oath Commissioner.
Step 4: Biometric Verification
NADRA will take your fingerprints for verification. You also need to bring a blood relative (father, mother, brother, or sister) for biometric verification.

Step 5: Submit Your Documents
Give all papers to the NADRA staff:
- CNIC correction form
- Affidavit
- Original CNIC
- Relative’s CNIC copy
Step 6: Pay the Fee
You will pay a correction fee. Usually, it is Rs. 750 for normal service.
How Long Does It Take?
After you submit your papers, it usually takes 7 to 10 working days to get the corrected CNIC.
