Teachers’ Rights and the Unfair TNA Test Policy
Education is the foundation of a nation’s progress, and teachers are the pillars that enlighten society with knowledge and awareness. However, today, teachers in our country are facing policies that undermine their competence and dignity. The TNA Test is part of this unjust policy, against which teachers are protesting.
Teachers argue that this test is not suitable for assessing their knowledge and skills; rather, it only serves to disrespect their professional integrity. Teachers emphasize that their capabilities should not be continuously tested, but should instead be recognized based on their experience and years of dedicated service.
Teachers demand that the government end this unnecessary policy and allow them the freedom and respect they need to teach effectively. If teachers are not given the appreciation they deserve for their hard work and services, it will not only harm the education system but also impact the education and upbringing of future generations.
The teachers’ demands are fair, and we should raise our voices in their support. It is the government’s responsibility to listen to their valid concerns, retract this policy, and allow teachers to educate with peace and confidence.
