PTCL & China Mobile International Partner at GITEX Global 2024 to Enhance National and International Connectivity

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL), the country’s largest telecommunications and integrated ICT services provider, has partnered with China Mobile International Limited (CMI), a global leader in telecom and ICT, at GITEX Global 2024 in Dubai, UAE. This collaboration focuses on sharing global network resources to enhance connectivity.

The partnership aims to improve connectivity for customers in Pakistan and around the globe. The agreement was signed by Waqar Ahmed, Group Director of Enterprise Solutions at PTCL & Ufone 4G, and Alex Lee, Managing Director of China Mobile International Middle East, in the presence of investors, innovators, business leaders, and senior management from both companies.

This historic collaboration integrates the extensive networks of PTCL and CMI, providing seamless, high-quality connectivity solutions for their user bases. PTCL boasts a fiber network spanning over 65,000 kilometers across Pakistan, while CMI enhances its global reach with 305 overseas Points of Presence (PoPs). Together, they will deliver robust and scalable connectivity solutions for both businesses and individual consumers.
